New maximum weekly benefit rate effective July 1, 2024
The maximum weekly benefit rate will be $1,171.46 for compensable lost time for workers' compensation claims with dates of injury during the period from July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025.

The Board is excited to announce a new, one-stop-shop for payers outlining what they need to know about navigating the New York State workers' compensation system.

Enhanced security for accessing OnBoard
Effective March 21, 2024, the Board now requires the use of multifactor authentication (MFA) for accessing OnBoard to protect the personal information and accounts of OnBoard users.
