eCase Enhancements
The Board previously announced an enhanced eCase feature that allows for the selection of multiple documents when viewing and printing documents in the Case Folder. This feature eliminates the need to request case copies from the Board.

Enhanced Virtual Hearings Webpages and Resources
The Board previously shared enhancements to our virtual hearings webpages and resources. In addition to a new and improved look and revamped information on the virtual hearings webpage and app webpage, a QR code is now available to make joining a hearing using a mobile device quicker and easier than ever.

Enhancement to Prior Authorization Request (PAR) Details for Health Care Providers and Payers
To continue improving the OnBoard experience for payers and health care providers, the Request Details portion of MTG Confirmation PARs has been enhanced to include more information for users. This enhancement adds MTG Variance conversion information to health care provider and payer dashboards, when an MTG Confirmation PAR has changed to an MTG Variance.

OnBoard Payer Dashboard Enhancements
The Board has added Employer Name and Medication columns to the payer dashboards on prior authorization requests (PARs), allowing users to view this information directly on the dashboard without needing to select each individual PAR, sort by the new columns, and export dashboards with the new columns included.

OnBoard Email Updates
Based on feedback received from the payer community, Change in PAR Status emails have been updated to include new information.
- In addition to the previous content in the subject line, the PAR status and WCB Case ID are now included, providing additional at-a-glance details and greater ability for organizations to apply mail rules.
- The text of the email will include a due date, when applicable, ensuring the time frame for proper response is clear.
