Proposed Addition of Section 325-1.26 to Title 12 of the NYCRR (Telehealth)
The Chair has proposed the addition of section 325-1.26 to Title 12 of the NYCRR, to provide the option for telehealth visits in some circumstances. While the Board has had several emergency regulations in place to allow for telehealth during the COVID-19 pandemic, this proposed addition would make telehealth a permanent part of the NYS workers' compensation system.

Proposed Revised Addition of Section 329-1.4 to Title 12 of the NYCRR (IOM)
The Chair has proposed the revised addition of section 329-1.4 to Title 12 of the NYCRR, to define intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring (IOM) and clarify how remote IOM may be performed.

The Board has been hosting a webinar series for health care providers who want to learn more about becoming Board-authorized to treat injured workers in the NYS workers' compensation system.
