While the NYS Workers' Compensation Board remains closed to the public, there are lots of ways to stay engaged with the Board to keep your claim moving and/or get your questions addressed.
You can:
- File a claim online.
- Attend your workers' compensation hearings remotely, using Virtual Hearings.
- Participate in an educational webinar to learn about your rights and responsibilities, and get your questions addressed.
- Get assistance with your workers' comp claim by calling Customer Service at (877) 632-4996, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm, or by writing to claims@wcb.ny.gov.
- Call the Paid Family Leave (PFL) Helpline at (844) 337-6303, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 4:30, for information and assistance on PFL.
