Please be advised that Charles Anderson, M.D.'s authorization to treat workers' compensation claimants has been temporarily suspended for one year, effective July 26, 2010, through July 25, 2011.

Dr. Anderson is prohibited from rendering medical treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Anderson for treatment rendered prior to July 26, 2010, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Anderson for treatment he rendered prior to July 26, 2010, should not be denied due to the temporary suspension of his authorization.
