Please be advised that, effective February 8, 2010, Anthony R. Latona, D.C., voluntarily resigned his authorization to treat and conduct independent medical examinations of individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. No business address is available for Dr. Latona.

Dr. Latona is prohibited from rendering chiropractic treatment to and conducting independent medical examinations of individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Latona for treatment rendered or examinations conducted prior to February 8, 2010, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered or examinations conducted on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Latona regarding treatment he rendered or examinations he conducted prior to February 8, 2010, should not be denied due to the resignation of his authorization.
