Please be advised that, effective January 7, 2010, William J. Detorres, III, M.D., permanently surrendered his license to practice medicine to the New York State Department of Health, Board for Professional Medical Conduct, pursuant to New York State Public Health Law Section 230.13. No current business address is available for Dr. Detorres.
Effective January 7, 2010, Dr. Detorres is precluded from rendering medical treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Detorres for treatment or examinations rendered prior to January 7, 2010, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment or examinations rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Detorres regarding treatment or examinations he rendered prior to January 7, 2010, should not be denied due to the surrender of his license to practice medicine.
Fritz Hyppolite, M.D. (Authorization No. 133283-2W)
Please be advised that, effective January 20, 2010, Fritz Hyppolite, M.D., permanently surrendered his license to practice medicine to the New York State Department of Health, Board for Professional Medical Conduct. Previously by an Order for Non Practice of Medicine, effective October 7, 2008, Dr. Hyppolite had agreed to not engage in the practice of medicine in New York State until the final disposition of the current investigation by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct. No current business address is available for Dr. Hyppolite.
