Please be advised that, by Modification Order (BPMC No. 00-360), as adopted by the New York State Department of Health, State Board of Professional Medical Conduct, effective July 6, 2009, Leonard Biberman, M.D., has agreed to never activate his registration or reapply for a license to practice medicine in the State of New York. No current business address is available for Dr. Biberman.

Effective July 6, 2009, Dr. Biberman is prohibited from rendering medical or other treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Biberman for treatment rendered prior to July 6, 2009, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Biberman regarding treatment he rendered prior to July 6, 2009, should not be denied due to the inactive status of his medical license.
