Please be advised that, by Modification Order (BPMC No. 97-159), as adopted by the New York State Department of Health, State Board of Professional Medical Conduct, effective June 23, 2009, Chauncey H. Dobson, M.D., has agreed to never activate his registration or reapply for a license to practice medicine in the State of New York. No current business address is available for Dr. Dobson.

Effective June 23, 2009, Dr. Dobson is prohibited from rendering medical or other treatment and care to and conducting independent medical examinations of individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Dobson for treatment rendered or examinations conducted prior to June 23, 2009, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered or examinations conducted on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Dobson regarding treatment he rendered or examinations he conducted prior to June 23, 2009, should not be denied due to the inactive status of his medical license.
