Please be advised that the authorization of Paul Flangos, M.D., to treat workers compensation claimants has been temporarily suspended for one year, effective July 16, 2009, to July 15, 2010. His last known address is P.O. Box 134, Bronxville, New York 10708.

Dr. Flangos is prohibited from rendering medical treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Flangos for treatment rendered prior to July 16, 2009, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Flangos regarding treatment he rendered prior to July 16, 2009, should not be denied due to the temporary suspension of his authorization.
