Please be advised that Steven Ginsberg, D.P.M., surrendered his license to practice podiatry in the State of New York, effective June 2, 2009. No current business address is available for Dr. Ginsberg.

Dr. Ginsberg is prohibited from conducting independent medical examinations of individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Reports submitted by Dr. Ginsberg for independent medical examinations he conducted prior to June 2, 2009, are valid, but are invalid for any examinations conducted on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Ginsberg regarding examinations he conducted prior to June 2, 2009, should not be denied due to the surrender of his license.
