Please be advised that Dr. Anthony James Graceffo, M.D. retired from the private practice of medicine in November of 2006.

Effective March 23, 2009, Dr. Graceffo voluntarily resigned his authorization to treat workers' compensation claimants. His current address is 264 East Genesee Street, Auburn, New York 13021.

Dr. Graceffo is prohibited from rendering medical or other treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Graceffo for treatment rendered prior to March 23, 2009, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Graceffo regarding treatment he rendered prior to March 23, 2009, should not be denied due to his retirement or this resignation.
