Please be advised that Rosendo I. Intengan, M.D., temporarily surrendered his license to practice medicine in the State of New York pursuant to Public Health Law Section 230.13, effective November 25, 2008. No current business address is available for Dr. Intengan.

Dr. Intengan is prohibited from rendering medical treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Intengan for treatment rendered prior to November 25, 2008, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Intengan regarding treatment he rendered prior to November 25, 2008, should not be denied due to the temporary surrender of his license.
