Please be advised that William E. Bailey, D.O.'s license to practice osteopathic medicine in the State of New York was temporarily surrendered pursuant to Public Health Law Section 230.13, effective October 22, 2008. His last known address is 678 E. 232nd Street, Apt. 200, Bronx, New York 10466-2904.

Dr. Bailey is prohibited from rendering osteopathic treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Bailey for treatment rendered prior to October 22, 2008, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Bailey regarding treatment he rendered prior to October 22, 2008, should not be denied due to the surrender of his license.
