Please be advised that Dmitry Davydov, D.C.'s license to practice chiropractic in the State of New York was revoked by the State Education Department, effective October 21, 2008. His last known address is 25262 Brattle Avenue, Little Neck, New York 11362–1810.

Dr. Davydov is prohibited from rendering chiropractic treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work–related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Davydov for treatment rendered prior to October 21, 2008, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross–examine Dr. Davydov regarding treatment he rendered prior to October 21, 2008, should not be denied due to the revocation of his license.
