The Chair has adopted an amendment to repeal and replace section 300.26 of 12 NYCRR to implement the statute requiring direct deposit be available for compensation and death benefits.
The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking was published in the March 10, 2021, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption will be published in the June 9, 2021, edition of the State Register. The amendment will be effective upon publication.
