The Chair proposes repealing and replacing section 300.26 of 12 NYCRR, to implement the statute requiring that direct deposit be available for compensation and death benefits.

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making will be published in the March 10, 2021 edition of the State Register. Comments regarding the proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
