The Chair proposes amendments to 12 NYCRR 324.1, 324.2, 324.3, 324.4, and 325-1.4 to implement an internet portal-based submission and review process relating to prior approval for medical treatment and care.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the October 21, 2020 edition of the State Register. Comments on the revised proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov..
