Subject Numbers Regarding Health Provider Authorizations

Pursuant to Workers' Compensation Law Section 13-d(4), the Chair of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board ("Chair") had exercised the authority to temporarily suspend Dr. Stephanie Bayner's authorization to treat injured workers in the New York State workers' compensation system, effective December 31, 2013 (Subject Number 046-662).

The Chair has rescinded the temporary suspension of Dr. Bayner, and has reinstated her authorization to treat injured workers effective April 21, 2020. The Medical Director's Office will restore Dr. Bayner to the list of providers authorized to treat injured workers, effective April 21, 2020.
