The Chair has adopted on an emergency basis, amendments to allow telemedicine in some circumstances for social distancing purposes due to the outbreak of COVID-19. These amendments are to 12 NYCRR 325-1.8, 329-1.3, 329-4.2, 333.2, and 348.2. A Notice of Emergency Adoption will be published in the April 1, 2020 edition of the State Register. This emergency rulemaking is effective for 90 days upon filing March 16, 2020.
