The Chair proposes a revised rulemaking to amend 12 NYCRR 324.2 to incorporate revisions to the four proposed Medical Treatment Guidelines by reference:

• Hip/Groin Injuries
• Foot/Ankle Injuries
• Elbow Injuries
• Occupational Interstitial Lung Disease

The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the July 31, 2019, edition of the State Register. The Notice of Revised Rule Making was published in the March 18, 2020, edition of the State Register. Comments on the revised proposal will be accepted for 45 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
