The Chair has adopted the amendment of 12 NYCRR 329-1.3, Part 333, 348.2, and 301.3, as well as the addition of Part 329-4 incorporating updates to the medical fee schedules by reference to conform to the statute expanding provider types who can be authorized under the Workers’ Compensation Law. The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the July 3, 2019, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption was published in the December 11, 2019, edition of the State Register. The amendments will be effective January 1, 2020.
