The Chair has proposed amendments to 12 NYCRR §300.14 that clarify the process governing applications to reopen a claim. This proposal was published in the September 11, 2019, State Register. The proposal also includes minor clarifications to 12 NYCRR §300.13. The Board will be accepting comments from the public until November 12, 2019. The proposed changes are available on the Board’s website. See: Proposed Amendment of 12 NYCRR 300.13 and 300.14.
