Board Bulletins and Subject Numbers

The New York State Workers' Compensation Board today released an amendment to the existing Pharmacy Fee Schedule (12 NYCRR part 440). The amendment updates the method for determining fees paid for prescription drugs or medicines.

The amendment includes references to the Board's proposed Drug Formulary (part 441) as well as language mandated in Workers' Compensation Law section 13-p. Public comments will be accepted for 60 days and may be sent to regulations@wcb.ny.gov
