Claimant Registration

You must use this registration form to request initial access, and to request access to your additional workers' compensation cases even if you already have an eCase account.

• If this is an initial request, and:
  • You have a NYS Driver License or Non-Driver ID -
    1. Enter your claimant identification information.
    2. When your completed registration has been submitted, you will be provided with a registration number for future reference.
  • You DO NOT have a NYS Driver License or Non-Driver ID -
    1. Submit the registration and then print the generated form.
    2. Email a scanned PDF copy of the signed and notarized form to WCBTechnicalSupport@wcb.ny.gov OR mail the signed and notarized form to the Board at the address provided on the form.

If you already have eCase access and want to view your additional workers' compensation cases, select the "I have eCase access" option on the registration form and enter the username you use to log in to eCase. The username must be entered in all lower case.

Registration for Attorneys, Licensed Reps., Insurance Carriers, TPAs, or Self-Insured Employers

Legal Agreement to Access eCase

• eCase access will be granted after a signed legal agreement is returned to the Board. This agreement must be executed by an officer of the organization requesting eCase access and the New York State Workers' Compensation Board. This agreement will be emailed to the eCase administrator after the eCase registration is reviewed.
• Approved users may ONLY access cases where they are listed as a party of interest, or granted access by an organization that is a party of interest and has eCase access.
