The Chair has adopted a consensus amendment to section 324.2 of Title 12 of the NYCRR to reflect the May 2, 2022, effective date of the new and updated Workers' Compensation Board's New York Medical Treatment Guidelines.
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the March 29, 2023, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption will be published in the June 21, 2023, edition of the State Register, and the amendment will take effect upon publication.
