The Chair has adopted a consensus amendment to section 324.3 of Title 12 of the NYCRR to fix a typographical error in the text, replacing "variance" with "PAR: Special Services."
The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the January 4, 2023, edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption will be published in the March 29, 2023, edition of the State Register, and the amendment will take effect upon publication.
