The Chair has adopted the amendment of 12 NYCRR 324.2 incorporating new Medical Treatment Guidelines (Elbow, Foot & Ankle, Hip & Groin, and Interstitial Lung Disease) by reference. The Notice of Proposed Rule Making was published in the July 31, 2019 edition of the State Register. A Notice of Revised Rule Making was published in the March 18, 2020 edition of the State Register. A Notice of Adoption will be published in the May 20, 2020 edition of the State Register.
