Pursuant to Workers' Compensation Law Section 13-d(4), the Chair of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board (Chair) exercised his authority to temporarily suspend Dr. Daniel James Bowman’s authorization to treat injured workers in the New York State workers’ compensation system effective November 17, 2016.

The Chair has now rescinded the temporary suspension and has reinstated Dr. Bowman’s authority to treat injured workers effective February 15, 2017. Any questions regarding the authorized lists should be referred to the Medical Director’s Office at 1 (800) 781-2362.
