Please be advised that by Original Vote and Order (No. 24775), effective November 2, 2009, the New York State Board of Regents on behalf of the New York State Department of Education, Office of the Professions, granted Christopher G. King, D.C., permission to surrender his license to practice as a chiropractor in the State of New York. As a result of this surrender order, Dr. King's name has been stricken from the list of chiropractors authorized to render chiropractic treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries and illnesses.
