Please be advised that, effective September 30, 2004, the New York State medical license of Anthony N. Conti, D.O., expired. Dr. Conti's medical license is currently inactive. No current business address is available for Dr. Conti.

Dr. Conti is precluded from rendering medical treatment and care to individuals who have suffered work-related injuries or illnesses. Medical reports submitted by Dr. Conti for treatment or examinations rendered prior to September 30, 2004, are valid, but are invalid for any treatment or examinations rendered on or after that date. Requests to cross-examine Dr. Conti regarding treatment or examinations he rendered prior to September 30, 2004, should not be denied due to the inactive status of his license.
