The Chair has adopted on an emergency basis and proposed the amendment of section 329-2.1 of 12 NYCRR (Official New York Workers’ Compensation Ambulatory Surgery Fee Schedule) to increase fees for certain listed procedures effective March 15, 2021.

A Notice of Emergency Adoption and Proposed Rulemaking will be published in the March 31, 2021 edition of the State Register. This emergency rulemaking is effective for 90 days upon filing March 12, 2021. Comments on the proposal will be accepted for 60 days after publication. Please submit comments by emailing regulations@wcb.ny.gov.
